He does the maintenance on the property (mainly snow plowing he says).  

We are getting crushed with snow right now, but will be back at it tomorrow.

Of the boomers who die, their primary homes are likely being sold and their snow bird places are likely falling into foreclosure as they are not selling.

No snow at all, but that was a real roll of the dice!

They dont want an application , once I tell them THEY are responsible for cutting the grass , leaves , and snow shoveling    ( one property is almost a full acre covered with oak trees , BIG ones)   The other 2 are a bit over 1/2 acre .  

My tenants take care of the lawn mowing and snow removal, never cause any disturbances or have any arguments with each other or the neighbors, and always pay their rent on time. 

We do get some visitors for the summer cool weather, fall Elk hunting and winter snow seekers.

Hello BP friends,I'm looking to shop around for residential snow removal recommendations in the Cleveland, OH area, specifically on the west side in the West Park/Lakewood area...

Obviously if you are in a high snow area, hurricanes, etc. that will play into what is required.

I don't have to worry about snow and grass.
