You should probably take the advice that Quicken Loans gave out today in their Super Bowl ad: Find a local mortgage broker today.Video:You're in Maryland, not in any of the Bay Area places like Oakland or Marin or San Francisco or Silicon Valley, so it might not  be as critical... but if the call center that you're considering is saying "don't call us, we don't want to talk to you, talk to someone local," and paying millions of dollars to say it during the Super Bowl, that should probably tell you something.

While I usually deal in areas near South Pasadena in Florida (Tampa Bay), I'll still pitch in my two cents.Let's call this the "Trying to find a deal in a super hot seller's market" strategy.You are already focused on a target market, and I'm sure you have some parameters established for your purchase (3/2/2, etc).

😀My best,SLone thought is Virtually every guru/trainers    tapes and books  are sold on E bay for 20 to 50 bucks by Students who paid the big bucks for the stuff.. .. start there collecting a bunch of them sift through what you like and what you think might work..
