The BRRRR strategy is meant for folks who want to get more aggressive and be rewarded for the "higher risk" with higher returns. 

This has been a helpful strategy for folks as they have gotten started to gain exposure. 

Most of the folks that you will come across will try to vet you first financially for fit as an investor or try to get you into a paid mentor program that you may or may not be able to stick with.

Start at your local REIA.Atlanta is a hot market for multifamily, so I am sure you will find folks there.
