I recently created my VRBO listing and I received this message:Hi there, I hope this message finds you well.

This is the best place for all things real estate related.

So I wanted to create this post to help those looking to make their first investment! 

@Jake Barrutia I personally see this as a huge red flag too.

Sometimes you can waive this tax, but not sure if you can on Person to Entity transfer3.

My question is, do I qualify as having lived in the house for this time, to get around the 2 out of 5 years capital gains tax rule?
