@issac moore Are you working with them still via the Upwork platform or do you work off it?

They offer numerous accounting, tax, legal, estate planning etc. advice through their different companies and educational platforms.

I've worked with quite a few investors who use our website platform and PPC services who have been able to grow their businesses very effectively.

@Jim CummingsHi Jim - The crowdfunding platforms can offer you pros such as the ability to diversify outside your local market and the the advantages of passive real estate investing versus DIY investing.

Also, another seasoned investor, which I have not had the pleasure to meet yet, but have listened to and read his blogs on this platform intently, is @Jeff RabinowitzThere are many!  

I like platforms for already launched products like Ethereum, Stellar, OMG and Storj.

What is your opinion on the big crowdsourcing platforms for real estate investing now vs Turnkey? 

I have had criminal issues come up from the 70's for some of my tenants... but no experience on other platforms so my experience is limited to only that option. 

However, I would suggest partnering with other investors or even investing on a platform where you are not necessarily the developer but just on the financing side.
