Use this as a learning experience, don't expect this to be a huge win.PS: My philosophy is if I'm going to spend money on due diligence and legal fees (since this is almost guaranteed to be a FC play) then I'd rather do it on an asset that's worth 40-50k+

Then there are full time agents, who have salaries, benefits, and bonuses per transactions.If you're flipping, I think that the associate agent position is what you're looking for (can't take on the full-time expecations of deal-writing agent).

It was a decent play when things wouldn't sell if you want to work the pretty house business, not so much when the average DOM is under a week.You've got to think like a seller when you are trying to buy.
