Landlords do need to figure out what they want to do to recoup some of the costs, but that may not be possible. 

@Lisa Martin next time you rent to section 8, make sure the agency Pays the entire rent.

Yes after rehab there is a possibility for “landlord insurance” that you’d need to specify with your insurance agency if you’re not living theremost insurance agencies are hesitant to lend on properties that aren’t occupied, at least from my experience.

@Jeff Anderson I had a property that the entire time I owned it the USPS would not let me put up a post box because it was too close to the post office.

They asked a few months back about possibility of moving out early, specifically for 2/29.

But, I am alway mindful of how my money is performing relative to its possible alternative uses and the fixed deposit rate is perhaps the easiest rate to focus on for a comparison. 

Meanwhile, it entirely benefits the buyer while pitching how much its helping out the seller....
