I purchased Dan Campbell's Creating Wealth with the ACRE system, I heard this is a good start for people getting their toes into Canadian Real Estate.

HVAC systems 10-15 years, appliances 5-10 years.  

It was our first flip with cesspools, underground oil tank and well, so we got to experience the process of installing a septic system which literally took FOREVER to get approved, but we learned A TON along the way!

So even if the entirety of that policy-set was suspended tomorrow, at least a year of additional momentum is built into the system. 

All of our future properties will have security systems on them for sure.

Running the numbers or implementing the LAPS system?

I've never managed a unit with a pay per use system before.

I have learned to work on the safety items first including electrical, necessary structural, Roof leaks, water system leaks etc.
