One really needed to have a good feel for the local market on the ground - Hipster and young professional immigration (regardless of race) into a neighborhood was usually a good forecaster...Question: Are there any other 'very soon to emerge' great Brooklyn, perhaps even Queens, or other NewYork neighborhoods you think are great areas to invest in NOW?
