I m in real estate for the long haul.Please share your humble beginning stories for some encouragement.I work a stressful full-time job as a laboratory scientist, and I m in grad school getting my second grad degree.

There are limits to what you can do when someone is under the stress of foreclosure.  

I’m trying to talk to as many people as I can and soak up as much info as I can.I also recently started doing yoga every night to keep my stress low and keep my mind sharp.So with all that being said, what does everyone do on a daily basis to keep progressing in their real estate journey?

It's always stressful when there is a hang up.  4 months into owning my house I found out the title company never filed the paperwork.  

It alleviates a lot of the stress

Disagreement over money can cause massive stress in a marriage and a bad marriage or a divorce could ruin even the best investment.   

If it's causing you stress and annoyance it's time to move on. 

I still have plenty of stress and risk - but this beats my crappy 9-5 I had any day of the week. 

If there's a hole, it may be a red flag.b) sensitivity analysis: I examine all the assumptions, and make sure I can live with the worst case scenarios.c) "Stall and see": if they are getting money over multiple years, and there is no penalty for investing later, I would usually wait so I get some real performance data, versus having to look at theoretical pro forma information.d) Recession stress test: I will not invest in anything, until I subject it to recession level stress and see if I can live with the result.

I can’t stress that enough, never rely on seller numbers or wholesaler numbers.So, just like with mls deals you analyze, start doing the same with the wholesaler deals and widen your net.
