Is it just me or does anyone else think it is strange, that not one person has mentioned a contractor to get estimated cost/sq.ft.I have heard Architect, RE Broker several times (which makes me physically ill), mortgage broker, RS Means, A guy from Hawaii (which compares to japan, or Germany, or .....you pick something outrageous).

They used a title company in San Francisco, who prepared all the necessary paperwork, transmit it to New York electronically, and the title company had a notary come to our house in New York, had her sign the necessary documents, notarize it, and the notary representing the title company, then took the documents, sent the documents back to San Francisco.

Thanks for the call out and participating, I agree I thik the jury is still out on it and I cannot yet put an educated response together, but I am pumped about the new jobs for these particular areas and I think it can only enhance the environment - yes, I know robots will eventually replace all humans, until then Ill take the jobs for now
