Found a property in my home town for sale that i am interested in.

The section of town that the home is in has nothing to do with being a slum=lord.

Applicant said that they do not have any pets, but they do have a co-worker that comes through town twice a week that will be staying overnight, and they have a dog.My standard terms for a normal pet situation are $25/month per pet, $300 non-refundable pet fee.

If it was befor closing your realator should have told you to do a final walk through or done it for you if you live out of town so you coul make a claim againts their professional liability insurance 

It is a college town so it is very easy to fill a vacancy and possibly get more rent through individual leases.
