They look like tiny cabins but they are classified as RVs because they are under 500 sq ft.  

Hey guys, I’m an out of state investor looking to acquire land (1 - 10 acres) and construct a tiny home (300 - 500 sqft) in the Reno-Tahoe area.

For example, hairline cracks in the foundation - is that normal in an inspection?

Encouraging tenants to crack a window can help too.  

Tiling of bathtub surround and floor in bathroom; new cabinets, sink and countertop in kitchen and extending non load bearing wall in kitchen; repairing cracked and missing plaster on walls/ceilings; painting walls and ceilings;  and some minor electrical work.Any recommendations for someone good and, yes, inexpensive? 

@Kimberly CarverHole looks about 6 inches by 3 inches with a crack about a foot long all through the sheet rock...

I haven't cracked it open yet, but maybe it has to do with REIT's.

@Leon Lee You might inspect the exterior for rotted wood, cracks, holes, anywhere bugs can get in.

It's not just as easy as moving the tiny home.

If the pipe was draining fine prior to the rain, then the crack may not be the primary cause of water intrusion.
