Winterset is one n'hood, and I think Summer Stream might be the other.

I don't have equity in my company, so it's important for me to capitalize on my current earnings capacity by making investments that create a liquidity event of some sort or provide a substantial stream of cash flow in the future.  

In about 7 years, I have replaced the amount of money spent every year on the race car with more than I was spending with a nice monthly income stream.

@Zach Bollman, @Jay HinrichsOk, that's what I understood from the conversation up until that point, I guess I was thinking that one note would generate two different income streams somehow.

My fiance' wants to set him straight all the time - running us out of ice, intruding when there is company (rare), spitting chew in a cup that has tipped over, keeping his iced tea out and one of the cats spilled it all over including below the sink.

Vikram the attributes you describe are certainly important attributes that would set an investor apart and increase the likelihood of their success.Seems to me that motivation is apart of this, understanding what makes for a good investor and how to become successful at investing.I always hate to pigeonhole anyone because it seems to me the most successful are those that have been different, been creative and been willing to go against main stream thinking.

My BLC search parameters for properties in my target investing area has been static for the past three years, whereby I'd seen a steady stream of revolving inventory in my wheelhouse.

So you get multiple income streams plus tax advantages, that is huge!

(I don't want to sell the Note, I don't like the idea) What I want to do is find a property that I like and trade my income stream out right for the property.

In addition to providing another income stream, I'm thinking that networking in the area we are in would be somewhat facilitated.
