I like spending time watching movies, playing Xbox, going outside and hitting a few, networking on BP, playing online poker ect....How does an individual become and stay motivated to excell?

I deal with a lot of out of state investors and what I will say is that you can find really good rental properties in this area, but I would not spend what you are talking about spending.
