You'll want the relatives info if they skip out plus the personal info to give to the collection agency.I primarily use ctcredit.com because it gives me a complete credit report, all debt and PAYS ON TIME.  

If you skip this step you will be sorry. 

.- Don't try to skip necessary repairs (it will ultimately cost you more)- Practice your negotiation skills- Buy your own finish materials- Stage (will save on holding costs and may get you a higher sale price)- Hire an inspector to inspect your house before you sell (cheaper to fix things BEFORE the new buyer finds them)

probably the truth, however if anything you write points to you being obligated on the debt then just know you'll have to abide by those guidelines.They probably found your name on the property title through running a skip tracer to ensure you disclosed all properties that you had an interest in.

I'm having flashbacks of living in Las Cruces, my yard was gravel with yucca, cholla and prickly pear...definitely skip the grass. 

MAYBE $500 in cash if I went full force with skip tracers, etc.A judgement means nothing if you can't collect.
