Am interested in buying a property in Brisbane since Sydney and Melbourne seem too expensive for the moment, anyone have any recommendations for which suburbs or areas would be good?

That Manmath in my humble opinion  makes us a GR8 asset to people who see this opportunity for what it is and seize the moment!

hi there, im looking to get feedback on offering a percentage of equity upon buying a 2-4 unit property in my name in here in LA. i will owner occupy and eventually cash who ever the investor is out or upon refi or sale of the property. this is not a straw buyer move. i just basically have no down payment at the moment because i run a small business and seem to be breaking even each month. 

If anybody is willing I would love if you would take a moment and give me your opinion on whether it would be advantageous for a first timer to put that money into one property or the break it up into multiple.
