I decided to jump on here and make an introduction post to take action, get the ball rolling and get committed to putting in more research each day.I'm looking forward to being part of the community, learning from anyone I can and possibly meeting up with locals to learn and share ideas. 

When I thought of it that way after years of being interested but not taking serious action, I decided to buckle down and try it.

That is aside from contractual obligations and restrictions of actions.  

I'm going to check out Ron LeGrand and entrepreneurs in cars.What type of market signals should I be looking for in this bubble to take action and maximize?

I made a post a couple months ago expressing my interest in real estate, and this is another post showing that I still express interest in financial freedom at 19 years old, and also that I am now willing to take action. 

Sorta just trying to finally put it into action. 

If the property isn't in a trust, but rather left to you in a will or through an intestate estate, you're looking at a probate action to transfer title.  

Don't be like a lot of us and simply learn, learn and learn but never take action...........good luck

I realize actions seen as overly wasting your time or taking advantage of your resources would be obvious detractors, but maybe there are some other less obvious things that someone with little experience like myself may be unaware of.Thanks again for your time @Adam Wright
