Hello dear investors,Has anyone completed due diligence to select and invest in qualified opportunity zone funds? 

Bummed, because there were select homes (condos) for sale in the price point but inventory still is very low.

Personally, I hate doing anything other than M2M leases with tenants that I didn't select and place especially before I have some time to get to know them.

As a property manager, tenant selection is key to making that area successful. 

So I haven’t selected an agent yet for a SFH I'd like to sell soon.

., I wonder if what you're noticing is more of a self-selecting distinction.

This is a zero sum game, you only pay a fee when they select properties that you wish to buy and that you are willing to close on.

I would select another applicant.

You should educate yourself first on how to legally raise capital and what you're allowed to say or not based on ruling you select for your project.
