I typically pic up investors I meet in my local area.  

More than likely they only had it posted to 1-2 STR websites, the pics were vanilla or amateur hour, etc.

Question for all - there is a little passthrough in the wall between the kitchen and living room, which is a bit ominous to me (see pics) I just don't know what to do with it.

The listing does show some of the room so maybe he can tell me from the pics.

I basically scanned the entirety of the units and pumped every seam and hole with some diatomaceous earth (you can get the food grade stuff if you're worried about "chemicals" since this stuff is available at Home Depot or Lowes for about $8 a bag with a small amount of borax mixed in). 

😉 As a new investor, I don't always know the "missing" costs when someone does an evaluation but I know those #s can sneak up on you.

Do yourself a favor and get a MyLowes card to track your purchases and they will assign your veterans status in the system so it comes up automatically when they scan your card at checkout.
