But at the same time, it's better to structure his fees away from the total cost of the building. since I am building for rent for example:what if we just split the different between the total cost minus the Appraisal value , so he can get the best of his experience both us profit as well. this way, He will do his best to make a profit out of those projects vs fees, keep in mind we have more to build not only or 2 houses.
