I printed off a few dozen blank contracts, taught him how to fill it out correctly and gave him the information he needed to submit offers directly when desired.

Unfortunately without blue prints it would be hard to get a detailed cost estimate on the new build.

I just evicted this tenant because if discover that she had been  moving people into the house - not allowed in the lease - printing out a lease and having them sign it, then collecting rent from these rogue tenants!!!!!  

thats what I thought too, however seeing these two companies -homeserve and awrusa they both seem to cover it for around $15 a month unless they have free prints somewhere , kot seeing so far. what do you think ?

Watch out for fine print that requires an additional fee at closing - this is a huge red flag and how most flat fee companies make money.

Terry, Unfortunately getting a home back into your name isn't as easy as going to the DMV and having them print a new title in your name.

Since you said you can't fly out there anytime soon, I would recommend pulling up a large printed out map, and scheduling a call with @James WachobMy personal experience: I flew out there, and he and his team drove me around the city for basically an entire day. 

The savings from these plans are significant, but be sure to read the fine print.
