What are the steps I can do to try to get the taxes where they should be?

Can someone explain to me the detailed steps of completing the process.

I would definitely tell them that the second room is unusable as a “bedroom” because they have chosen to put the washer and dryer in there.I’d say something along the lines of, if you put the washer and dryer back (wherever it’s really supposed to go) and turn the room back into a practical bedroom then I will offer “X” amount of dollars.

I will eventually get there but I’m a one step at a time kind of guy.Thanks again for the input!

I would take a step back a really prioritize what needs to be done and take it down one by one.
