@Ramsin Jacob anything that has downstream potential via zoning/entitlements but can cash flow today is exciting and will do you very well.

I am sooo excited to be getting closer to making my first deal.

Too often people get excited about something and jump into it too early without the necessary knowledge base.

I'm more excited than fearful at this point which is why I know I'm ready to jump in and look for my first investment property.

So I’ve been really excited about my first BRRRR deal.

@Jenna Williams - While each program has their quirks some of the bigger players are Yardi Voyager and MRI... which are expensive decisions as @Laticia Braxton eluded to, but become necessary once you reach a certain level.

Looking to begin purchasing our first foreclosed property, excited to start.

Very exciting, and I think it could work well for me with a HELOC.
