Essentially what @Omar Khan is trying to explain is that the high prices are due to very high demand and the only way that the market will collapse is if the demand disappears, which I cannot see happening with our high immigration rate and while ever everyone still only wants to live in the capital citiesDon't be fooled by the media speculation and articles posted on news sites etc about the "bubble burst" and "housing crash". 

The "make it worth it" part would be that cost to have an outside engineer firm come into your property to perform the cost segregation study.

The cash flow will be subject to change because of the plans to tap into equity, but our criteria for performance will still be met. 

I'm currently trying to analyze how well each of these properties performs year to year to see if any are worth selling or in need of some tlc to get them to perform better.
