We also sell some of the duplex as 1/2...so sometimes it is listed as duplex, the pictures make it look like duplex, but really it is 1/2.Another strategy might be to buy 1 with 5% down, live in it a year, then move to the next one as a primary and use 5% down and repeat as long as you can...and of course if the numbers work. 

**Not sure if this graph loaded properly**  The main factor leading to the drop in multifamily sales prices could be the increase in inventory (33%) in 2024 compared to last year. 

The first building will be a 458,018-square-foot facility with space for quantum computing and cryogenic equipment.

Overall, I tell people my experience is mixed.

You can certainly raise your room rates $30 to be more honest in your pricing.
