You might even consider becoming a Non Profit Organization and perhaps attracting funds.

Not sure what happened but I did not even have my calls returned by the organizer.

(I have to use cash for individual bequests, because all of my Berkshire Hathaway shares will be fully distributed to certain philanthropic organizations over the 10 years following the closing of my estate.)

I know you can probably get into something as far as a lawsuit over such things as fire extinguishers not functioning but I would rather have these things  then not. 

I am better equipped to understand laws, how policies work, how to run an organization.

I researched the concept and came across information stating that in order to participate in something such as a Short Sale Lease Back Program, the real estate professional handling the process has to be certified with one or more approved non-profit organizations to offer such a program.

I'm sure if we all work together with an organized effort we can make it happen!

I still go to some RICH Club function though.

It was well organized and pretty well attended.
