Many people have their own opinion but I would rather cover 100 year a old hardwood floors with brand new LVT and get a brand new totally clean look rather than save a few hundred bucks and refinish old wood.

I always enjoy analyzing specific deals to get the opinion of everyone else on this site.

Had a discussion with other investors today about 1031 and thought I run it here for opinions.

That's just my personal preference so others will have a different opinion.  

What is everyone's opinion or recommendation so the bank will look at and take my offer seriously?

Not saying this is how we all will feel when we decide to do our first deal, but the idea of being so prepared that when it comes time for action, you're 100% ready, I think is a great takeaway.I'm of the opinion that you should start saving cash while reading everything you can on REI so that when you do have the capital, you're very clear on how you want to deploy it.

As an auctioneer, we do those deals all the time ----- there is nothing better in real estate (my opinion) than selling an asset you don't own for a profit.

I would love to hear any opinions on this subject as i keep going back and forth with this and need to make a decision this week.
