Actually I never thought about it before we bought our first 2 duplexes and they all had a W/D in them.At first we thought of it as a negative because, as I said, the 4 units all had water damage on the floor beneath them because of lack on on going maintanence.We are just closing on another matching 2 duplexes that also have W/D hook ups and the 4 existing tenants have their own washer/Dryers.  

Newsflash:  it's not as easy as they lead you to believe.Having said that, it's not hard either, but you do need to know what you are doing, and you need to be properly trained by someone who knows the business and has a track record of having done a lot of deals his/herself. 

I use Pocket to save articles for later, when I ride the train, sit in a doctor's office, or wait in line just about anywhere.- I only buy ETFs on Wednesdays.

However the question remains how long is that financing for where you are only making $100/month and how much time and resources do you need to put into the deal as an ongoing basis?
