I thought this would be common sense, but I guess notIf they get off scott free, by lieing to me, and not have any consequences for their actions, it reinforces their behavior.I feel like I will write a letter, indicating the cause of the fire, confirm with them the electrical is fine.

@Andrew Merewitz, you will have to register the LLC to do business in FL regardless so it usually makes sense to just set it up in FL or else you will be paying double annual fees.In terms of CPAs, it is vastly more important to ensure they understand your business than their actual location.

I guess my question is two fold, should I wait it out and keep preparing/analyzing/learning or should I take the chance and buy something where the numbers make sense, and if so, how do I buy low in such a strong sellers market?
