So I took the approach that rent is due this month and if they need assistance they will request it.  

They have, however, asked if we could partake in Bill Paying Assistance from Denver to cover the gas/electric bills.

This unprecedented gov assistance will save a good percentage.

He says if the government helps him out with a stimulus check and/or assistance, he’ll try to pay what’s due.  

They want to charge me for the so called free virtual assistant, 45$ an hour.

Is there other COVID-19 assistance in Nebraska that can help?

@Charles Day, I've learned an unlicensed Real Estate Agent's Assistant can get MLS access. 

In addition, we are asking and helping with any phone numbers for the county on rental assistance, did they file for unemployment, did they already file their taxes (maybe they are due a tax refund), stimulus checks will be arriving soon, did they pay their last months rent (we would apply to this month), have they listened to all of the stimulus plans for businesses?
