Furnished Finder recently stated that searches by non-medical professionals just exceeded searches by medical professionals for the first time ever and they expect that trend to continue.

I personally like STR/MTRs around hospitals (specifically Nationwide Children's Hospital, Wexner Medical, etc) because you're able to find a stable cllientele of travel nurses to rent to and they get stipends which is guaranteed payment and they're typically great tenants.

However, searches by non-medical travelers has now surpassed medical travelers and they are predicting that trend will continue.

I'm looking to buy a home in the tahoe park, oak park, north oak park area (close to UC Davis Medical center essentially).

Now some debts are considered jointly owed by both spouses, like medical care, and most life necessities, since spouses are supposed to take care of each other. 

Nonetheless, I regularly receive requests through my office for parties that are relocating to Duluth (often in the medical field) and looking to rent for a year or two before they buy.

I believe his first purchase was (1) medical office and from there he just continued to grow.All sorts of deals are possible.

Tenant #2 wants their medical bill paid.
