Im finding some similar things happening in Boston, Ma, believe it or not, because there is another bigger fish around the corner.

Upstate NY, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Massachusetts etc are all options options to me.

Just be aware of any MA regs on occupancy caps and subdivisions.

On the other hand...Cape Cod and the Islands in Massachusetts are experiencing extreme conditions.

I live in Massachusetts and currently own 1 multifamily, but starting to look in other New England states such as New Hampshire and Connecticut as they are more affordable, but I'm less familiar with these areas. 

I looked up Massachusett's numbers, and 4th quarter 2021 had 7.8% growth and 1st quarter 2022 lost 1.4% which is a huge difference.

Investors in Massachusetts - what are the best regions/towns to flip in and why?

I know many friends and investors in FL, NH, MA, CA, GA that have all added them or rehabbed ones on a purchased property.Where you thinking?

I live in Worcester, MA and the real estate here is very expensive.
