Also keep in mind the 0 money down HML have left the building.. you will need cash for a down payment the lenders right now are not making LTV loans they are making LTC .. unless you find a private person willing to do it.. but if you talk to any LEGIT company they will require you to have some cash and proof of cash reserves.
