We meet every week so there is always an opportunity to make another meeting if you missed a date - I set it up that way so that we could keep up the momentum and also give the members a chance to see each other on a more regular basis to build rapport - leading to stronger relationships and  potential partnerships.

It's equally hard to find the covenants and restrictions for the HOA itself.We recently had a good lead on a condo in Midtown, but then found out that the HOA prohibits rentals.

So I stumbled up one of the blog posts which lead me here. 

We also do a massive amount of direct mail marketing and often come across leads that do not fit our buying criteria in which we can give you.

That being said, I have been searching for cash buyers for my area and no one is able to get me any leads.

My advice would be to possibly lead in with the fact that you heard he had possession of the house and if he has considered what he is going to do with it and would he consider selling it.

I am currently leading apartments but want to get a job I love until my real estate dreams come into reality!!

If anyone can recommend someone I would appreciate the lead.
