@Jordan Meyer You get what you pay for.................I had a brief experience with a 7% PMThey made their extra money on everything else....upcharges for maintenance...grass cutting cost $60.00 a pop.Driving out to the property because the tenant was locked out in the middle of a Tuesday Afternoon $75.00 to me, PLUS they charged the tenant $75.00.

I prefer to communicate via text message bc I am usually with clients and I don't like to answer the phone while showing homes or at closings, etc...For instance I am on my way out the door to go show an REO, and then later this afternoon I'm going to show a 3/1/1 move-in ready listed for only $30k!!!
