Would any one be able to point me in the direction as to how to place a value on land or any tips or advice working with land acquisition deals?

You tilled and wheel barrowed all that dirt in 5 hours ............at your age . ( I am 53)I start chuckling and said there were no "guys" just me and walked him around back and he saw the tractor ,  Hell no , I like big toys .Then he tells me he was getting prices from landscapers in the $ 3000 dollar range and they told him it was a 3 or 4 day job.

If you can point out to any other resources, links, videos with good tips on reaching this goal of ours - it's very welcomed.

The only time I have had it happen in 16 years was a landscaper that ran his bobcat into some scaffolding causing a injury to a plastering contractor.

Added features in a property can identify you, it can be as simple as a custom touch on kitchen cabinets, a key stone arrangement outside, a custom door knocker, an igraved mantel or a decorative feature in landscaping. 

I have other tips and tricks I use, but maybe I'll put them in a book and call it, "Management from the beach."
