This is a situation where if you are able to get it under contract/purchase-n-sale agreement.... you then need  to invest a few bucks with a lawyer and see what the absolute legal situation is with evicting the son.

thanks...i called the local police about my options, and they said it was my call--I dont even think they were listening to me...but yeah, I did put a call into my lawyer and he is going to get back to me....for now I just moved there stuff in the basement/storage area---Come to find out with a little research they scammed me pretty good.

Make sure it's limited though so that person doen't stab you in the back and take everything you own, I had friends that had it happen when I was there.Another option, I've never used one so I don't know exactly how it works, but I believe by using a land trust and you being the beneficiary, you could have your lawyer be the trustee and then he/she can, sign the documents for you.
