I'd love to connect with anyone in the area as an investor myself, currently with 2 STRs that I self-manage. 

Not sure if the answer isa) nothing I can do about it, b) put a wireless water meter to help detect leaks on it (how does this work for a rental where the internet is theirs?)

With tampa being such a large and ever-growing community there is no way there are no real estate conventions/clubs/or networking events where i can really leverage my connections and really get to learn from really savvy people. 

To evaluate the standing and dependability of various lenders, look for reviews on the internet.

The more you are able to illustrate the salient points of a deal, the more folks will be able to weigh in, offer advice or even connect with you on an opportunity.Does that make sense?
