I have looked into opening SEP IRA's, Individual 401(k), Roth IRA's, Solo 401(k)'s all in my business name and every choice seems to have great opportunities and all are better than my money sitting in my bank account.

Hello BP Texas,Following the advise of our BP podcast overlords, GO FIND DEALS & WORRY ABOUT THE REST LATER.Ive built a monster of a lead generator, dont know what to do to close the deal.looking for a partner who would take half of my deals and show me what to do. 

There is zero gas or oil running to the building and each unit is heated by a series of individually controlled baseboard electric heaters.Each unit is just under 1,200 square feet. 

It cannot be owned by an individual.

I could understand him or anyone else saying 'that's stupid, don't pay your house off' if I was the only one living in it, but it's generating $3,200.00 and month in rental income with the possibility of even more if/when I move out of the basement.

We have a chance of an off market opportunity, with income generated from bonus room and bathroom off garage.  

Also when you say you negotiated for all 3 of us to take over the mortgage that worries me because the "thing" taking over the mortgage should be a trust, LLC, etc. and never ever an individual person.
