Get the vacancies leased up, any deferred maintenance taken care of and then look at the ACTUAL numbers at that time and consider adjustments to your strategy.

Hi Jordi - confirming some of the numbers above for DSCR loans, generally maximum LTV for a cash out is 75% LTV, a rate and term refinance could go up to 80%, maybe 85% depending on the seasoning and rental strategy. 

Is this a reasonable strategy?

My plan is to find discounted properties & do the BRRR strategy & potentially have section 8 tenants.
