It's outright human psychology. 

So whilst people want to make it an issue I can't find anyone who thinks it is :-)That's really absurd Dean, it can be an issue in all states, it depends on how you go about it.

The HOA can also have some pretty absurd rules that can make your life pretty difficult. 

Change is inevitable, but human nature doesn't change much.

It'll give you some time to adjust to the new house and make the changes you need (assuming the tenant doesn't immediately leave), and it'll also make you feel better about what you're doing.Being a landlord is a hard life, and many people sacrifice their compassion and humanity because it's the easy way out, but I think you'll find that landlording can be rewarding in more ways than just financially if you do it right.

Might as well find a local game of dice and crack open the Ole English 800 40 oz.The amount of risk in certain international markets is borderline absurd.

They are here to share, learn and help- like everyone else, but they are humans that have bad days and get snippy.

Plus the maintenance you need to do with it etc....Just hire a human crew, support local jobs and the local economy....it needs it after this past year.  

So what your saying or should I say what Elon is saying there would be such a decline in human population that will run the RE sector to unpredictable lows, which is impossible and if RE was ran by that the government would just ease immigration and add more to the number.
