The one the old man lived in was built in 1880, has about 1900 sq/ft, original hard wood floors, some antique furniture, approx. 7000 sq/ft lot, but the home is in horrible disrepair.

The laminate floors were brand new, but the we couldn't find the smell/source.. putting your nose to the floor, trying to find the spot of cat urine (b/c you can't see it), that's what I think of, it's horrible, humbling,   and not to mention just flat out disgusting... after that, we only do tile-- no exceptions.We also had another tenant move out.. he never complained about roaches, 1x he said "there's an ant issue"... and when he moved out, it was DISGUSTING-- horrible roach infestation,... seriously, I wish I did a better job taking pics, but just gross... this guys wasn't a druggy -- nope, clean cut military guy, so you just never know... seeing a beautifully redone place, infested with roaches, is humbling.. but you clean them up, call the exterminator, and move on!   

That said, I have no idea if your offer is good/fair/horrible.

I'm sorry, but 5/11 are evicted, that's HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!  

Paul.From an outsiders perspective it seems like a horrible place to try and do business.  

Not a day goes buy in the national news without some horrible story out of Chicago.

"I've been doing it this way for 30+ years" is a horrible excuse because 1) she may have been doing it wrong for the last 30 years, and 2) standards of practice change over time and she obviously hasn't changed with them.

Some places look like horrible locations for air b n b but there booked and look profitable.

It's horrible, you should stay away. 

And do Not take their “free” title insurance if you have the option to pay for your own.....theirs are typically incomplete searches and any unrecorded liens (code violations, utilities, etc) will become yours.Be prepared for horrible, incompetent communications from hubzu.
