We hold meetings on the last Tuesday of every month. 

especially if the broker is holding the deposit.

Does the basis remain in place since the seller would presumably hold the title until the payments are complete?

Multifamily on the other hand is heavily economic cycle, debt cycle dependent on exit. 

There's a lot of hand holding that goes on, no one is left behind.
