Has anyone had a success using the online auction system, and do you pay to do a title search for every bid, or do you do your own due diligence free free sources?

Because a house purchase is a significant investment in one's life, it is worth your while in having a title attorney to ensure clear title and smooth closing, along with a good inspector to assess the investment property's condition, a good realtor that will protect you with the contract, and, of course, a good mortgage broker if you need financing for your deal.   

I participated in the Rio Olympics and four world championships as well as African games.

The title company is having so trouble getting one of the liens cleared up because the company is dissolved in the state of WI.

Really easy to just play the blame game at this point.You might just have to eat it.

What are the tax implications of an individual deeding the title of a property to a partnership or corporation? 

I'm going to go out on a limb and say that anyone using 1031s as a deliberate thought out strategy who ends up in worse shape at the end of the game has a problem with execution and use of the tool. 

Now trying to purchase this property I am attempting to negotiate this lien in order for title to be free and clear.  

My agent just told me that since my wife is on the title of the property we have to pay 10-15% foreign owned property tax on the profit, this is a sickening feeling because the value has more than doubled.
