I also visit frequently to make sure everything going well.  

Of course I love Kansas City but it is because I live here and frequented it often when I was young.

We both want a life that will afford us more time together; with my current job I work long hours and travel frequently. 

Active syndicators are frequently quoted in news articles or have entire articles written about them in trade and mainstream publications.

There's also a DSCR Rate and Term, but they are not as frequent.  

It's more frequent if there was a big issue or if there is a unit that's vacant.

I never really revisit it frequently as things really don't change that frequently so....ya know.

Those who have rented to Temple students (or students in general) -- do you find that the premium rent you are able to get is worth the more frequent tenant turnover and possibly heavier damage that needs to be remedied for turnovers? 

I have dogs, moisture issues, and nieces who stay over frequently and spill/drop things like it's no one's business.

They seem to rotate/lose people quite frequently.
