What are some of your favorite websites for scouting out a potential neighborhood for investment opportunities?

My current favorites for STR: Franklin, TN, Palm Springs, CA, La Quinta, CAHave an offer in on a home in Joshua Tree, CAPigeon Forge and surrounding areas (Smokies & Dollywood, etc) also on my short-list.Looking forward to my call Friday with Julie McCoy Friday to learn more.Be sure you have user friendly STR rules, a high-demand, destination location and a super cool property that people will want to visit again and again.

If I replace, should I paint over the brick on front a nice color to complement new siding?

Tired boomer + landlords that own free and clear are my favorite SF seller as well.Travis- tough to combine proper SF with no capital. 

I haven't hidden anything about what was done in the house, answered every question he had (paint colors, HVAC operation).

My eyes see a darker colored vinyl siding that is next to a dark roof.
