Anybody know the details on if and when I can have his car removed?

While you are getting the details on the program from a landlords perspective, at the end of the conversation tell the person that it all sounds pretty good but you would like to speak directly to several other landlords in the program to see what their thoughts are about the program and ask them of a list of landlords that you can contact.

I'm not quite sure on the exact procedural details (as far as the contracts and paperwork would go), but I've been browsing around the site, and I'm sure I'll keep running into good information.I'm really looking for any potential partners or mentors in Gainesville that could help me develop in this aspect.

I think a spreadsheet is in order to help me quickly determine if a property is worth looking into further detail.

I am always fascinated by the emotional decisions people will make when it comes to marketing, buying, selling, etc.

I have a decent idea that around the UT campus area rents range from 400-800+ depending on what you are renting of course with 400 being an efficiency apartment.I would not spend over 30 grand on a home, would like to buy one which needs maybe 5-10k of fixing up. knox has a large amount of homes in this number bracket.My idea would be to either owner finance a home, or pay a large payment down and receive a loan from either a bank, or use some other options I have regarding acquiring the money (too many details).What do you all think of this idea?
