When I first started, I thought finding the deals would be the easy part for me and  finding funding would be the hard part, especially because I am only 21 years old.

Questions and thoughts:  Insurance seems a little high.

If you are actively investing and/or wholesaling in these New Jersey markets, let me know your thoughts..I think both of these markets are slightly over prices as of today!

I don't think this is really a place that investors in the area or around would be interested but I know if the numbers make sense and if I can get it dirt cheap than any things possible but any thoughts about that area?

So these are my initial thoughts on the issue - I'd love to hear any feedback from the experts out there... any other military members who encounter these types of frequent move and invest types of life situations... so thanks in advance for your input!!! 

I can't not find the original information I found on this to find more details, but I recent came across someone that is buying a good amount of  these properties and thought there might be a chance for me to get in with them and learn more about this acquisition process.
