Hello yes how bad does applying for mortgages effect credit score because apparently i have applied for a loan on a house 6 months ago..and it fell trough and then my realtor wants me to apply with a diffrent lender since the conventional loan fell trough.. 

The biggest waste of time I had as a broker, was suggesting properties to the potential buyer, and only afterwards hearing that they had this or that criteria that made this property a no go.Make clear, in as much detail as possible what your ideal property is, and secondarily, what you would buy.

Not knowing your age and any family that you are responsible to effects my ability to give you thorough answers.I agree that real estate is a Team business. 

As a result, it is more cost effective and less hassle to simply buy the insurance and be done with it.  

those renters may be wasting your valuable  time with the prospect of buying it .

@Paul Allen I am looking for a financial advisor, who can help bringing foreign realestate money in the country the most cost effective way for reinvestment purposes, also in RE.

I think the best approach is to not waste people’s time and treat people who do complete work for you well.

I had never been given much direction by my parents on how to study, let alone how to study effectively, and I saw the value of this instantly.
